IntellicoreIO is looking for an experienced Program Manager who will manage the critical relationships with our consulting/delivery partners across India and will engage with them to measure key performance indicators (KPI's), identify innovative solutions to meet business needs, and become the liaison between BT leadership team and the partners. You will also build trusted relationships with the partner management teams in other geographies to ensure global consistency and coverage. This role will leverage your collaboration, communication, presentation, analytical, and customer relationship skills and provide you with an opportunity to play a critical role in the success and growth of Salesforce BT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage external vendor relationships for Business Technology (BT) in India
• Design, Build and Document key Partner Management processes and SOPs. Maintain the version control and updates of such process documentations.
• Coordinate vendor site visits (offshore development centers etc) for Business Technology leadership teams
• Schedule Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and/or Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with the vendors and manage the action items from these reviews
• Define, measure, and improve the key performance indicators of vendor performance (time to fulfill requisition, financial metrics etc)

QA engineering department is looking for exceptional QA Automation Engineer-I to join our team who has passion for software quality testing and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative environment. The hired resource will be responsible for the design, develop and oversee the maintenance of automated scripts and on time execution and will work jointly with Automation engineers and Architect to form a fully autonomous team and enhancing quality engineering part of the product.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• BE(CS or IT) or Masters degree in Computers
• 4-6 years experience in software Automation and testing
• Well versed with Appium, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, GIT, Jenkins, and SQL
• Knowledge on API testing
• Should have abilities to build & tune an automation framework
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain scripts that integrate automation and Jenkins
